Choosing a floor
Hardwood holds value and can be refinished. LVP is waterproof and takes a beating from kids and dogs. Tile is the right answer in wet rooms. Laminate is the budget option that still looks good. We will tell you which one fits your room, not which one has the best margin.
Subfloor prep is not optional
Most flooring failures are not the flooring. They are a subfloor that was not leveled, not dry or not fastened. We check it before we order material.
